Specialty services are difficult to separate out and define independently because they are generally an extension of one of our other services.

Expert Witness

Meg Flenker, the founder of FLAC,  has over 35 years of experience in delineating, designing and monitoring wetlands.  Her extensive field experience coupled with her specialized training has resulted in her being called as an expert witness for wetland related cases in both Iowa and Illinois.   

In addition to serving as an expert witness, Ms. Flenker also has provided seminars and in-field training on wetlands to various local and state groups, including county engineers and roadside managers.

Meg received here BLA in 1989 from Iowa State University and her MBA from the University of Iowa in 2003.
